September 1998 – as a result of transformation of Petrochemia Płock Industrial Security Guard the self-dependent PetroOchrona company emerges.
  
December 14th, 1999 – reception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration concession number ZK-I_L-0128/99
 
August 10th, 2001 – regarding change of the brands of the companies falling into PKN OLRLEN S.A. Capital Group the Company changes her name into ORLEN Ochona Sp. z o.o.
  
October 30th, 2001 – awarding to the Company ISO 01:2000 Quality System Certificate by Certification Bureau of Polski Rejestr Statków S.A. (Polish Ship Register) in Gdańsk.
  
December 28th, 2006 – after many month of efforts the Company received Quality Management System Certificate AQAO for suppliers of services for the Army.
